How long does it take to download a video?
Download times vary according to your connection speed and the size of the track you are downloading. The size of an average three minute track is about 21 mega bytes (MB). To download this size track on a broadband connection will take you around 5-6 minutes. On a dial-up connection this could be around 30 minutes.

What happens if I accidentally delete or lose a downloaded track?
As the video we supply is in a digital format that can be stored on your computer or digital video player, the file can be deleted, lost or corrupted (damaged). You should be careful not to accidentally lose/damage your video files as when downloaded they are your responsibility.

WMV Files. these are playable on portable video devices iRiver, Creative, Samsung, Rio, Archos etc and mobile phones. they are viewable through windows media player.
M4Vs are playable on iPod, iPod Mini, iPod Nano or other Apple hardware and drop straight into iTunes .

My video download didn't finish, what shall I do?
1. Use the link on the email confirmation sent to you to download your file again
2. login on the right hand side of the page.
3. click the relevant download link and when prompted to save or run please choose save and choose a suitable location on your computer to keep the file.

How can I play my videos?
In order to play a track on your computer, you will need to use the video player software that is installed on your computer.
By default in Windows the video player is called Windows Media Player. To play your track, go to the place where you saved the file when you downloaded it and double click on it. This should then open up your default video player and play the video.
